Preču atgriešanas kārtība

Klientam ir tiesības 14 dienu laikā no preces saņemšanas, nenorādot iemeslus, atteikties no preces un to atgriezt.
Tādā gadījumā:

  • Preces iepakojums nedrīkst būt bojāts, kā arī prece kopā ar iepakojumu nedrīkst būt zaudējusi tirgošanas izskatu, un tai ir jābūt pilnā komplektācijā.
  • Prece nevar būt lietota vai izmēģināta.
  • Klients apmaksā atgriešanas / sūtīšanas izdevumus.

Klientam, saņemot nekvalitatīvu preci, ir nekavējoties jāsazinās ar pārdevēju pa tālruni vai pa e-pastu un jāsaskaņo maiņas vai atgriešanas nosacījumi.
Tādā gadījumā:

  • Precei un iepakojumam ir jābūt pilnā komplektācijā.
  • Klients apmaksā atgriešanas / sūtīšanas izdevumus.

Atgriežot preci, Klientam uz e-pastu: info@energy4you.lv,  jānosūta aizpildīta, parakstīta un noskenēta „Atgriešanas forma” (kuru var izdrukāt ŠEIT) vai jānosūta to kopā ar reģistrētu sūtījumu.

Ja pircējs, iegādājoties preci, izmantoja iespēju izņemt preci mūsu birojā, viņš var atgriezt preci pats to nogādājot uz mūsu biroju, kur tas saņēma preci, tā darba laikā. Visos gadījumos klients ir atbildīgs par preču vērtības samazināšanos, ja preces izmantotas nevis tāpēc, lai konstatētu šo preču veidu, īpašības un darbību, bet citos nolūkos.

Pēc preces atgriešanas, kura ir atgriezta saskaņā ar šiem "Preču atgriešanas noteikumiem",  10 darba dienu  laikā uz Jūsu kontu tiks atmaksāta nauda par atgriezto preci.

User data safety and privacy policy
Energy4you has undertaken all necessary measures to ensure personal data safety and to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.  
During visiting and using Energy4youO2 store SIA Energotaupošas tehnoloģijas un sistēmas may receive information, which contains personal data:  1.1 by directly acquiring personal data (name and surname, phone number and e-mail address); 1.2 by indirectly acquiring information (for example: by using cookies and other technical tools to monitor use of  Energy4youO2).
Energy4youO2 shall process personal data of the Customers in conformity with the Personal Data Processing Law and other laws and other regulations of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate personal data processing and protection. Upon processing and storing of personal data of the Customers, Energy4youO2 shall use organizational and technical tools, which ensure protection of personal data from accidental or illegal disclosure, exchange and any other illegal processing.  
Upon purchasing of goods and services in the Internet store Energy4youO2, the Customer agrees and permits Energy4you to enter, store, systemize, use and otherwise process Personal data of the Customer, as well as data, which the Customer shall provide to the Seller in future, in such scope, as required, and for the following purposes: 4.1 data processing, which results from orders and contractual obligations of Customer with Energy4youO2 or if data processing is required to sign the relevant contract (transaction);  4.2 data is required for identification and accounting of Customers; 4.3 data is required for sending of commercial messages (e-mail and/or SMS); 4.4 data is required to ensure performance of other obligations, which result from contractual obligations or contracts (transactions) signed accordingly. 4.5 data is required to consider application of the Customer for purchase of goods in leasing.
Energy4youO2 shall ensure protection and safety of personal data of the Customers, non-disclosure thereof to third parties to the extent, specified by the requirements of the Personal Data Processing Law un and other regulations of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate personal data processing and protection, except to the partners of the Seller, which ensure delivery of the goods, purchased in Energy4youO2 Internet store, financing of the goods and provision of services to the extent, in which the personal data is required for the purpose of ensuring contractual obligations.  
The Customer shall be entitled to ask to have his/her personal data complemented or corrected, and shall suspend processing thereof or destroy them, if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, false or of they are no longer required for the collection purposes.  In the aforementioned relation the Customer may change the recorded data or delete them in his/her user account or notify Energy4youO2;
Upon submitting a written, motivated request, the Customer shall be entitled to receive the following information: 6.1 what information on the Customer has been acquired, data source, when the information, included in the data, has been changed (if permitted by the laws and regulations); 6.2 for what purpose personal data processing has been made, information on personal data recipients;  6.3 information on whether data has been processed in automated manner.  
Personal data of the Customers shall not be stored longer than specified by the laws and regulations. The Customers may at any moment request deletion of their data.
